If you want an additional living space, a bigger workshop or maybe even a simple and affordable new home - detached suites / ADU's and laneway houses are all options. The amount of square footage can be easily accommodated using our DIY design.

HouzeKits offers a 'do it yourself' (DIY) design that repeats itself to suit your needs. Our pre-fab kit enable us to offer affordable options by combining kits.
A single kit provides a model suited to smaller needs (ZenShed models - 96sf, 144sf). However, by repeating our kit design we are able to meet many needs with more spacious options (ranging in size from 192sf - 864sf +).
